Your privacy and confidentiality
Information Technology Process Institute covenants and agrees that it shall:
- not disclose any Company Specific Information collected in this survey, directly
or indirectly, to any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other
entity;
- only disclose Company Specific results back to the e-mail address supplied by
the person that completed the survey, at the completion of the study
- separate and store contact information (e.g. your name, company name, e-mail addresses)
separately from the survey response data that will be passed to researchers.
- not otherwise, directly or indirectly, use any Company Specific information for
any purpose other than the evaluation of the data collected for the research project
- not use any Company Specific Information to the detriment of the Company, its
principals, officers, directors, shareholder, agents, representatives, subsidiaries
or affiliates.
DISCLOSURE OF DISCUSSIONS; Except upon the prior written consent of the Company,
which such consent may be withheld by the Company in its sole discretion, Information
Technology Process Institute shall not in any way or in any form disclose the existence
or terms of this Agreement and data collected from the survey project(s), and/or
the discussions that gave rise to this Agreement and collection of data.
